This project is a belt conveyor automated docking battery powered RGV. The customer is a professional company that designs and manufactures mechatronics hanging conveying equipment, ground conveying equipment and cleaning and painting equipment. The company has strong R&D and design capabilities and manufacturing and installation capabilities.
The RGV of this project is a joint operation of the belt conveyor assembly line produced by our company and the customer to complete a process of automatic transportation. The RGV rail car weighs 2 tons, the RGV table size is 3100mm*1500mm, the height from the ground is 762mm, the RGV has an automatic stop function, and the docking point accuracy is plus or minus 5mm. A pulley is installed on the rail car, which can carry 2 tons of goods for transportation. The RGV rail car is powered by a battery, with a full-load running capacity of 10 hours, and is equipped with a backup battery.
