Trackless turning vehicles, powered by batteries. The battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drives the flat car to run. Compared with AC motors, DC motors have the advantages of less burnout, large starting torque, and strong overload capacity; trackless turning vehicles have the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, easy maintenance, large carrying capacity, and less pollution. It is widely used in metallurgical industry, mostly used to transfer ladle, hot metal, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, slag ladle. The running speed can be adjusted, and the table can be equipped with a load-bearing system for output statistics.
The trackless turning vehicle is not limited by the running distance. Compared with the electric flat car of the cable power supply and the track power supply series, it has the characteristics of safety and flexibility. It does not require high track laying and is not suitable for occasions with high frequency of use. It can be longer, but the battery needs regular maintenance, the battery life is generally about 2.5 years, and the use time is limited. It can be used in a high temperature environment, but the electrical part needs to be equipped with a certain heat insulation device to ensure the normal use of the electrical part.
The battery charging time of the trackless turning vehicle is 6-7 hours, and the charger will automatically cut off when fully charged; it can run continuously at full load for 4-5 hours after being fully charged; the general battery vehicle can meet the normal 8-hour working system, but if the customer requires If the production time is longer, we will recommend customers to prepare an extra set of batteries, so that alternate use can satisfy longer-term use. It is convenient and quick to use gantry crane or forklift forklift to replace the battery.
