Product Introduction

10 ton agv trolley's driving method is steering wheel driving, powerful, stable operation, and can carry large heavy loads; 10 ton agv trolley is small but has strong output drag, can move forward and backward, turn left and right, and the navigation method is magnetic navigation. The wheels adopt rudder wheels, trolleys and omnidirectional operation, applicable to places and working conditions with small space and high requirements for docking accuracy.

Navigation method:

1. Use magnetic strip navigation and landmark detection:

Magnetic strip navigation: The magnetic strip navigation method is adopted, the magnetic strip is laid on the ground according to the prescribed path, the magnetic induction sensor is installed on the AGV, and the AGV realizes automatic transportation according to the path. The upper surface of the magnetic strip is a wear-resistant layer, the middle is an adhesive strip with a magnetic carrier uniformly distributed, and the lower layer is an adhesive layer. If the magnetic strip is damaged, the subsidy can be arbitrarily intercepted. The magnetic stripe (also called magnetic rod) with a thickness of 6mm and a width of 10mm is used for path laying. The laying method needs to be grooved on the ground. The slot width is about 10mm. After laying, the surface needs to be coated with specific glue to prevent corrosion and acidification.
