Large Capacity Industrial Flatbed Trailer

The heavy-duty industrial towed transport trailer is equipped with press-on solid rubber tires. The low-profile chassis delivers outstanding heavy-load capacity, and the service life of the tires can exceed 15 years for long-term durability, stability and operational safety. The whole frame is constructed with heavy-gauge steel, guaranteeing an overall service life of no less than 15 years. It is fitted with pin-type connection couplings, and the towing drawbar height is adjustable to match different tractors and forklifts for flexible connection. Two buffer springs are mounted on the traction assembly to cushion impact forces during vehicle startup and emergency braking, protecting both the trailer body and transported cargo. The steering mechanism adopts a large-size slewing bearing (same structure as the fifth wheel), which is standard configuration for excavators and truck-mounted cranes for heavy-load steering reliability. Wheel sets are equipped with balance beam suspension, enabling stable travelling even on uneven ground surfaces. Multiple trailers can be connected in series for tandem towing, with unlimited continuous travelling range.
