Track Transfer Carriage

The function of the track transfer carriage is to transport heavy workpiece materials back and forth along the paved track. When the workpiece is transported to a specific position, the rail hydraulic truck starts the lifting function to lift the workpiece, unload it, and repeat the entire process in sequence. The hydraulic truck is equipped with multiple hydraulic mechanisms according to the different table size and load capacity.

Due to the special requirements of the working environment, the simple flat table of the electric rail trolley can no longer meet the requirements of some factories, so our company tailored and customized an intelligent rail flat car that can complete the lifting function according to the site environment. The design of the track transfer carriage is based on the further research and design of the basic functions of the conventional electric flatbed vehicle, and has realized many functions such as handling, transfer, lifting, rotating and so on. At present, the requirements of the lifting platform are more extensive. The commonly used lifting devices are: scissor lifting platform and hydraulic lifting. On the basis of lifting, we have developed lifting and rotating platform rail transfer cars, hydraulic rollover rail cars, and automatic computer control subway.
