For cable reels of different specifications (diameter ranging from 1.2 to 3.5 meters, width ranging from 0.8 to 2.2 meters), customizable and adjustable arc-shaped clamping slots can be provided, which, in conjunction with hydraulic locking devices, achieve radial fixation of the reel. The power supply system supports switching among three modes: cable drum (standard configuration), battery (endurance of 8 hours), or sliding contact line (suitable for fixed paths), meeting the diverse needs of long-distance transportation in warehouses and fixed workstation operations in workshops. The vehicle body length can be adjusted within the range of 4.5 to 6 meters, with a minimum turning radius of only 3.8 meters, making it suitable for narrow passage scenarios.

Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen intelligent control system, the operation interface is intuitive and easy to understand. New employees can operate independently after just one hour of basic training. With the wireless remote control function, operators can freely control the start/stop, steering, and speed adjustment of the equipment within a range of 100 meters, without having to follow the equipment. This is especially suitable for remote monitoring operations in large warehouses. Additionally, a manual operation mode is provided to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in case of emergencies.

The vehicle is equipped with infrared sensors around its body. When it detects people or obstacles within a 3-meter range, it will automatically slow down to 2km/h and emit audible and visual alarms. If the distance shrinks to 1 meter, the device will immediately stop operating. The cockpit is equipped with a rollover protective structure (ROPS) and explosion-proof glass, which can withstand an impact force of 50kN, ensuring the safety of operators. In addition, the device is equipped with multiple safety devices such as overload protection, electric leakage protection, and emergency stop buttons, comprehensively avoiding operational risks.
