Developed for steel coil and aluminum coil transportation, this battery driven rail transfer cart is widely adopted in steel mills, aluminum processing workshops and manufacturing facilities to transport cylindrical blanks, pipelines and other round workpieces. The load platform is fitted with removable V-shaped cradles to hold coils tightly and stop displacement and rolling caused by braking inertia. After taking down the V-shaped supports, the flat deck serves as a standard rail flat trolley for ordinary heavy goods, greatly improving the equipment's adaptability to various working scenarios.

APPLICATION

Equipped with built-in battery modules, this rail-mounted coil transfer cart uses an electrical control unit to supply power to the traction motor. It supports full operation including start, stop, forward/reverse travel, steering and stepless speed regulation. The low-voltage DC drive motor realizes gentle startup and high starting torque. This construction alleviates instantaneous loads on the gear reducer and prolongs the service lifespan of all transmission components.
