An electric flat car is a rail flat car provided with power by a battery. The battery is installed inside the battery power rail flat cart. The power supply provides power to the DC traction motor through the electrical control system.

Electric flat cars use a DC brushless motor with fast response speed. Electric flat cars are mainly used for transportation between two span workshops and the middle of the workshop.

The key structure is:

(1) adopts box-shaped structure and is welded by round steel welding.

(2) Adopt hardened gear reducer driver. The transmission gear of the hardened gear reducer is made of high toughness, low carbon and environmentally friendly carbon steel, after carburizing and hardening treatment. High precision, good contact, high transmission system efficiency, stable operation, low noise; small size, light weight, long service life, high bearing capacity; easy to maintain and easy to install.

(3) A brushless DC motor is used. The brushless DC motor has the characteristics of fast response speed, large starting torque and the ability to display the rated torque from zero speed ratio to rated speed ratio. In order to obtain the same performance as a brushless DC motor, a complex control system can be used. The high cost performance of each structure of the battery power rail flat cart reasonably increases the service life of the electric appliance, and thus the service life of the electric flat car. The battery power rail flat carriage also has the advantages of high index, good maintenance, beautiful appearance, etc. In addition, it saves the customer's cost and cost, and the transportation is also very convenient.
