This is a 25-ton rail transfer cart, its purpose is mainly to transport and lift large goods, so the design needs to consider the carrying capacity and stability of the vehicle. At the same time, in order to adapt to different working environments and use needs, it is also necessary to consider the flexibility and reliability of the vehicle.
In terms of material selection, we used high-strength steel materials to improve the load carrying capacity. In terms of structural design, we adopt a modular design concept, dividing the vehicle into multiple modules such as frame, axle, engine and boom, which is easy to maintain and repair.
