We customized three identical explosion-proof rail transfer carts of model BXC-10T powered by storage batteries. The battery model is tailor-made for the client with German colloidal gel battery technology, and the outer shell of the battery pack is painted according to customized color requirements. The core advantage of these explosion-proof trolleys lies in full explosion-proof construction. They are equipped with brand-new Dali explosion-proof motors with Ex E explosion-proof rating, which are applicable for qualified flammable and explosive industrial environments. Moreover, the traveling alarm device, remote control system and limit travel switches of the three explosion-proof electric flatcars are all subjected to explosion-proof upgrading with formal explosion-proof certification marks. This explosion-proof transfer carriage has finished R&D and production and passed the customer's acceptance inspection successfully.
