Battery powered rail transfer cart: powered by a battery, the battery provides power to the DC traction motor, and the DC motor drives the flat car to run. Compared with AC motors, DC motors have the advantages of not being burnt easily, having large starting torque and strong overload capacity. The running distance is not limited. It has greater safety performance and mobility flexibility, the running distance is not restricted, and there is no insulation requirement for the track, so the construction is convenient and low-cost.
The battery powered rail transfer cart is mobile and flexible. The transfer cart can add functions such as hydraulic lifting, v-block, rollover and other functions. With the battery as the power source, the motor drives the reducer to make the transfer cart run, and wireless remote control controls the forward, backward, and stop functions of the transfer cart.
