The BXC battery-powered rail transfer cart manufactured by Henan Perfect supports maintenance-free operation and autonomous automatic charging. Its automatic charging system is divided into offline charging and online charging modes. Offline charging functions during equipment downtime: the cart automatically navigates to the charging station and docks with charging equipment for power replenishment. Online charging operates while the cart carries out handling tasks. When the battery capacity drops below 20% during normal operation, the vehicle will autonomously travel to the charging point for power top-up. It should be noted that online automatic charging is only applicable to AGV and RGV automated vehicles; standard remote-controlled manual flatcars cannot adopt this function, so online charging is also defined as smart charging.
