Chain Conveyor Rail Transfer Cart

This cart features a double-layer configuration. The lower rail trolley transports materials between different production lines, while the upper chain conveyor connects the rail cart to ground assembly lines for seamless material transfer. Combined sensors and PLC controllers manage automatic material handover to realize fully automated factory logistics. Functional module introduction: Motor for power drive, cart body for travel, rails for guidance, electric control cabinet for centralized control, chain for conveying, and sensors for positioning. Supported by the main control system and accurate sensor feedback, all modules operate in coordination to complete automated material handling tasks steadily.
