The rail cart conveys workpieces to designated workstations, and the integrated turntable rotates to facilitate subsequent processing operations. This configuration is commonly deployed in production workshops for automated spraying, grinding and cleaning processes. Custom dimensions (length, width, height), travelling speed and track gauge are available for this series to match on-site operating conditions.

The other type is to form a turntable rail changing flat car system through the cooperation with electric flat cars, which is to achieve the purpose of changing rails with the turntable, so as to realize the automatic driving of the rail material handling carriage on the tracks in different directions, thereby improving the degree of factory automation. This type of turntable is mainly installed in the ground, the table is flush with the ground, and the table is installed with a track to facilitate docking with the ground track. After the flat car on the ground runs to the upper side, according to the requirements, it rotates by a certain angle to follow another track docking to complete the track changing operation at a certain angle. This series of flat cars are more suitable for areas with narrow spaces and areas where the turning radius cannot be reached.
