Railway Flat Cart

Towing connection hooks are installed on the front, rear, left and right sides of the rail transfer cart. Lifting holes are reserved on both sides of the cart for hoisting work. This rail transfer cart supports multiple power configurations: cable reel power supply, lithium battery pack power supply and bottom low-voltage conductive rail power supply. The transmission shaft is equipped with full insulation structure, and the conductive assemblies are optimized. The cart is fitted with an onboard step-up transformer. The collected electric power is controlled by the circuit system to realize forward and reverse travelling. An insulating sleeve as well as internal and external insulating gaskets is arranged between each wheel and transmission shaft to prevent electric leakage.

The wheel sets of the rail transfer cart are mounted directly under the frame beams via pillow block bearings. Each side is fixed by four anchor bolts. This structural design effectively lowers the platform height, improves operational stability and load capacity, and enables the frame to bear ground stress evenly.

The rail transfer cart mainly consists of frame assembly, gearbox (driving wheelset), driven wheelset and electric control system. The frame is integrally welded by four longitudinal side beams, multiple cross beams and base plates. Rolling bearings are arranged at eight supporting points so that the frame can withstand evenly distributed loads. Pillow block bearings mounted on wheel sets are fastened to the frame with anchor bolts. This rational structure helps reduce the overall height of the rail transfer cart.
