There is a connecting hook on the front, rear, left and right of the railway flat cart. Set up raising holes on both sides of the flat car for raising. Rail flat cars use cable drums, rail flat cars lithium battery packs, rail flat cars are powered by bottom pressure rails, transmission shafts use insulation countermeasures, and enhance conductive equipment. This railway flat carriage is equipped with a step-up transformer. The supplied electromagnetic energy is controlled by the circuit system to make the flat car move forward or backward. In the middle of the wheel and the transmission shaft there is an insulating sleeve and an inner and outer pad of insulating layer.

The rail flat wheel set is installed directly under the frame beam according to the flat bearing with seat, and each side is fixed by four anchor bolts. This type of construction reasonably reduces the height on the table, cross-reliability, improved bearing capacity, and the frame is beneficially subjected to ground stress.

The key of railway flat cart is composed of frame system software, gearbox (active wheelset), general attack wheelset and electric control. The frame is composed of four side beams and several beams and the base plate are welded and welded. Rolling bearings are loaded at eight points and the frame is subjected to evenly distributed ground stress. The flat bearing with seat on the wheel set is fixed on the frame with anchor bolts. Such a structure can reasonably reduce the height of the railway flat vehicle.
