In the limit storage and transfer process, the forklift or the hydraulic truck is required to fork the steel pipe together with the material rack for transport. Since the steel pipe is long, it needs to be forked from the side, which makes the walking operation very inconvenient and has a great safety hazard. The steel tube transfer carriage comprises a frame and a walking wheel disposed at the bottom of the frame, the frame comprises a base and at least four columns arranged on the base, the poles are arranged between the columns on the side of the base, and the walking wheel comprises at least two settings a universal wheel at one end of the base.

Arc-shaped connecting members are arranged between the left and right columns at the front and rear ends of the base.

The curved connector is a curved steel plate or a cork having an arcuate groove.
