Working Principle

The transfer car runs on fixed rails and is driven by an electric motor and gear reduction system. Power is supplied via the selected power supply solution, enabling continuous operation along the coating line.

The transfer cart runs with adjustable speed control to ensure stable conveyance. It reduces vibration and prevents scratches or damage to coated surfaces when transporting workpieces between different process stations. This project adopts our rail-mounted electric transfer cart. Its overall dimension is 4500×2400×500 mm with cable reel power supply. The rail transport cart is used for workpiece handling on coating production lines.
