Henan Perfect BTL drag chain transfer cart supplies 380V AC power to the traction motor via cable to control the start and stop of the rail cart. The cable is retracted and released along with the operation of the rail transfer cart. When the drag chain transfer cart travels, the drag chain automatically reels out or takes up the cable to realize power supply.

The applicable length of the drag chain for this cart is generally within 20 meters, with a reliable travel distance less than 50 m. The top surface of the rails for Perfect rail carts shall be 10–20 mm higher than the floor. A 60 mm wide × 50 mm deep flange groove can be machined on the inner side of each rail. Customers may excavate a 120 mm wide × 50 mm deep cable protection trench between the two rails as required. The cable of the drag chain cart runs inside the trench to avoid damage.
