The power source 380V-69OV alternating-current is supplied to the traction motor by cable, which is controlled by control system to make the car start, top, move forward, move backward, etc. The operation voltage is 36V Which is safe voltage. Cable is collected and released by coiling device mounted underneath the car. The car can realize full automatic operation by PLC system. The series car can be applied in the environment such as severe environment, high temperature, anti-explosive etc. Simple structure and low cost make it popular for workshop transportation. compared with BXC(Battery Powered Transfer Car) Series transfer car, there is no using time limitation, and compared with BDG(Rail Powered Transfer Car) Series, it has no strict demand for rail erection. If the running distance is beyond 50m. the trolley needs to install cable arranger to help with cable rolling. The max running distance is up to 200-400m.In order to transport and secure the goods, this electric transfer cart is also on the flat V-frame.
