Product Features

High temperature resistant countertop
The surface of the countertop is covered with high-density refractory bricks or high-temperature resistant castables, which can directly withstand the high temperature transmitted from the bottom of the ladle (usually above 500 ℃). At the same time, the countertop base is made of thickened heat-resistant steel plates to avoid damage to the vehicle structure caused by high temperature and extend the service life of the equipment.
Steel ladle fixing device
Equipped with adjustable anti tipping locking mechanism, including symmetrical hydraulic top tightening devices on both sides and bottom positioning slots. The hydraulic clamping device can flexibly expand and contract according to the diameter of the ladle, and closely fit the outer wall of the ladle; The bottom slot is precisely matched with the steel ladle support foot, and the double fixation ensures that the steel ladle does not shake or shift during transportation and start stop, eliminating the risk of slipping structurally.


Strengthening the load-bearing frame
Adopting a box section welded structure, the main beam is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the rigidity of the frame is improved through overall welding technology. In response to the extremely heavy weight of steel ladles and molten steel (often ranging from tens to hundreds of tons), reinforcement plates are set at key stress points of the frame, and stress distribution is optimized through finite element analysis to ensure stable and reliable load-bearing performance.
Drive system layout
The drive motor is often installed on the side or rear, and is rigidly connected to the wheel axle through a reducer to reduce power transmission losses. The wheel set adopts double wheel rims heavy-duty steel rail wheels, which are compatible with workshop specific tracks. The wheel diameter is designed according to the load requirements (usually 300-600mm in diameter), and is matched with high-precision bearings to ensure smooth operation. Some models are also equipped with independent suspension devices to further cushion the vibrations caused by uneven ground.
