The trolley chassis is fitted with front and rear roller assemblies. The roller contact areas undergo specialized processing to avoid relative sliding. The roller drive unit is independent of the trolley travelling drive system, ensuring mutual non-interference during operation. Fitted with powered rollers, this transfer trolley is primarily engineered to handle round bar workpieces. The rollers enable free rotation of cylindrical parts. It is extensively utilized for round bar welding and anti-corrosion procedures. The unit performs reliably under diverse severe operating environments, and explosion-proof versions can be customized for high-risk industrial zones.
