It is powered by a maintenance-free lead-acid battery with a long service life, ensuring long-term cost-effectiveness. The battery provides reliable power for the cart's operation and braking. After 6 hours of charging, it can support up to 8 hours of continuous use.

Control & Load - Bearing

 A control module acts as the core, with an operating handle and remote control serving as input devices to guide the steering wheel. The steering wheel and fixed wheels jointly bear the load.

Safety & Charging

 Equipped with sound and light alarms and a collision avoidance stop device, it prevents collisions with foreign objects to ensure safe operation. It is also equipped with a smart charger for external power input. For enhanced automation, a PLC control system can be added, allowing the cart to automatically return to the smart charger for self-charging when idle.

Transport vehicle motion mode and operating characteristics

 

These carts can execute multiple movement modes. They support straightforward vertical "Moving Forward/Backward" for linear transport, precise "Lifting/Lowering" to adjust load height, and flexible "Turn Left/Turn Right" for navigating around obstacles. For more complex paths, the "S - shaped Forward" enables smooth curvilinear travel.

When it comes to special operations, there's "360 - degree Rotation" for orienting loads in tight spaces, and "Bottom and Side Lifting - up and Down" for versatile loading/unloading of irregular items. Plus, with "Wireless Remote Control", operators can manage cart movements from a distance, boosting safety and efficiency across workshops, warehouses, and production lines.
