Power & Operation Power supply relies on the on‑deck storage‑battery assembly. An intelligent auto‑charger manages battery recharging to deliver 4‑5‑hour continuous runtime under full‑load conditions. Supplied by 24V, 36V or 48V power supply, the DC traction motor offers precise control for forward movement, reverse travel, braking and speed adjustment. This structural design guarantees reliable safe operation inside explosive and combustible working areas.

Customization Options Custom tuning is available for rated loading capacity, platform measurements and rail gauge to suit your workshop layout and on‑site working conditions. A full set of tunable control assemblies includes radio‑based wireless remote handling (domestically fabricated or externally sourced), automatic halt triggered by obstacle sensing, alongside limit switches for travel stroke management. Available battery variants involve maintenance‑free battery cells, lithium‑ion packs, explosion‑proof and high‑heat‑tolerant models. Operators can select either brushed or brushless DC traction drive motors. Electrical components, home‑produced or imported, are selectable in accordance with practical project technical requirements.
