Ladle transfer cart is a kind of transfer cart used to transport specific high temperature ladle. Due to high temperature and high safety requirements, the requirements of the body material, transmission system, and electrical control of the ladle transfer cart are higher than those of ordinary transfer carts. In order to prevent molten steel or steel slag from splashing, the traction motor on the transfer vehicle is designed to start and stop slowly to reduce inertia. The car body is equipped with heat insulation material to prevent high temperature radiation of the package body. In order to better ensure the transportation of molten steel, under normal circumstances, a dual drive system is adopted. Once one of the systems fails, the other is guaranteed to complete a process cycle.
Feature:
1. The countertop is laid with heat insulation material and treated with heat insulation.
2. The electrical appliances are used for heat insulation to avoid high temperature damage to electrical components and affect the normal operation of the flat car.
3. The motor reducer is protected to prevent high temperature from affecting the service life of the motor reducer. Double motors are used, one is used and one is used to ensure that when one motor is damaged, the flat car can still use the spare motor to work normally.
