A company in Inner Mongolia ordered 5 sets of BXC-50T transfer vehicle-type steel rolling furnaces from a company in Xinxiang City. This company mainly produces foil copper, anode plates, sulfuric acid, cathode copper, gold and silver. The transfer vehicles ordered are mainly used for transporting copper smelting tanks. The track vehicles are parked at the exit of the smelting furnace, and empty copper smelting tanks are placed on the table. After the smelting furnace is turned on, the copper water flows from the exit into the copper smelting tanks. When calculating the output, when the rated weight is reached, the discharge port is closed, the transfer vehicle is started to transport the copper smelting tanks, and they are transported to the designated workshop.
These workshop transport vehicles for railway transportation have been in use at the customer's site for more than a year, and no quality problems have occurred during this period. Compared with railway transport vehicles towed by cranes, this vehicle is more convenient and safe to use, and the limit stop function is also more reliable.
