The motorized die transfer cart is battery‑powered. The battery feeds the DC traction motor which drives the flat cart. Compared with AC motors, DC motors feature low burnout risk, high starting torque and strong overload capacity. It offers unlimited travel distance, enhanced safety and great flexibility. No insulation is required, bringing easy installation and low costs. Though the running range is unrestricted, the battery requires regular maintenance, with a typical service life of around 2 years.

APPLICATION

Motorized Die Transfer Car is mainly composed of frame system, wheel set system, transmission system, battery and electrical system. Electric mold carts are equipped with handheld devices, usually about 2-3 meters. It can be operated before and after the electric mold cart is controlled. It can also install more wireless remote controls required by customers. The advantage of wireless remote control: no need for people to follow the car.
