The Rail Guided Vehicle (RGV) is intelligent heavy-duty handling equipment designed for industrial heavy-load applications. Relying on fixed track guidance and high-precision positioning technology, it realizes fully automatic point-to-point material transportation inside workshops, warehouses and other production areas.

This vehicle supports customizable load capacity ranging from 5 tons to 200 tons for transporting steel coils, heavy mechanical components and other oversized workpieces, with multiple power supply configurations available for selection. It supports three operation modes: PLC automatic program control, wireless remote control and on-site manual operation to achieve high-efficiency driverless transportation. Equipped with laser obstacle avoidance sensors, audible and visual alarms and other safety protection devices, it maintains stable continuous operation under harsh complex working conditions.

Its core strengths lie in customized adaptability and intelligent fleet collaboration. The platform dimension and track gauge can be tailored to site requirements, and the trolley can connect with factory MES and WMS management systems to realize multi-vehicle centralized scheduling. Widely deployed in heavy manufacturing, port terminals, metallurgical plants and other industries, it shortens material turnover lead time and accelerates the intelligent upgrading of factory logistics systems.

Automated transfer vehicles are flat cars designed for automated production. In order to enable the transfer vehicle to operate automatically, we have installed a control system on the vehicle body, which communicates wirelessly with sensors and ground control stations in the workshop. Stop it at a fixed position with a positioning accuracy of 5-10mm. Automated transfer vehicles are divided into track and trackless types, and various guidance methods can be used according to usage needs.
