A ground‑mounted step‑down transformer converts 380V three‑phase AC into 36V three‑phase AC, which is fed to three rails with one extra conductive rail. Wheels and conductive sliders on the transfer cart pick up the 36V AC power from rails and feed it into the onboard electrical cabinet. Inside the cabinet, a step‑up transformer raises the voltage back to 380V three‑phase AC. The AC control system drives the AC metallurgical motor to realize start‑up, stop, forward and reverse movements. The cart's control circuit adopts safe 36V low‑voltage power.
