Curved Rail Transfer Cart is a rail-powered electric flat vehicle. A 36V two-phase alternating current is fed to the two rails separately. It requires no trailing cables and can obtain power continuously from the tracks. Nevertheless, it imposes strict requirements on track installation, and the rails must undergo insulation treatment. This transfer cart is suitable for medium-to-long distance material transportation and allows unrestricted operating frequency. It cannot operate in areas containing flammable and explosive materials, standing water, heavy dust or iron filings. Models within this series are capable of running on curved and S-shaped rails.

Hydraulic lifting assemblies and V-shaped supports can be optionally installed to facilitate flexible material handling and secure transportation of cylindrical workpieces; both configurations can be adjusted in accordance with client requirements. Driven by DC motors with adjustable speed ranges, the equipment allows precise speed regulation to suit diverse operating scenarios. It features flexible movement, smooth startup and high starting torque, while the compact geared reducer structure delivers efficient power transmission. Robust construction extends service life under sustained heavy-duty operation. Powered by batteries, the transporter has no fixed travel distance limit and only requires recharging once power is exhausted.
