Control method of turntable car
1. Basic semi-automatic mode: manually triggered program, simplified operation
This is the most common configuration (suitable for most small and medium-sized factory scenarios), which requires manual "startup triggering", but the core actions are completed by preset programs:
Operation logic: Workers select the "target track" (such as switching from track A to track B) through the remote control or on-site control panel, press the "steering start" button, and the program will automatically control the operation of the motor and reducer, drive the transmission small gear to mesh with the rotating gear, and drive the turntable to rotate accurately to align with the target track (some are equipped with laser positioning sensors, and the program will automatically calibrate the alignment accuracy with a deviation of ≤ 3mm). After completion, the program will automatically trigger the "turntable lock", and the worker will then start the track transfer car to move.
Features: No need for manual control of rotation angle and speed, reducing operational errors, but requiring manual judgment of "when to start turning", suitable for scenarios with low frequency of transportation tasks and fixed track switching routes (such as switching between two tracks in a single workshop).

Operation logic: The factory MES system (production execution system) or WMS system (warehouse management system) automatically issues transportation tasks (such as "transporting 25 tons of molds from workshop track A to workshop track C"). After receiving the instructions, the program:
① Automatically control the track transfer vehicle to travel to the turntable position;
② The turntable uses pre-set parameters (rotation angle, speed) through the program, combined with photoelectric sensors to confirm the positioning of the transfer vehicle, automatically starts turning and aligns with the target track;
③ After the steering is completed, the turntable will be automatically locked and a "movable" signal will be sent to the transfer vehicle, which will drive away autonomously;
④ No manual intervention is required throughout the process, and the program will provide real-time feedback on the operating status (such as "steering in" or "locked") to the central control screen.
