When the flat car walks to the cross track, because the upper part of the turntable electric flat carriage is covered with tracks, the flat car can directly move to the turntable, and the reducer is driven by the motor to rotate the turntable (usually set in advance in rotation angle) and dock with another track to achieve change rail function. 

The turntable electric flat carriage can rotate in multiple directions, and the user can rotate according to the actual working conditions. It is necessary to lay tracks on the surface of the turntable, so that the flat car can go to the required place to turn and change tracks. By rotating the turntable and then driving the flat car to change the track, this process can save space and time.

The Turntable Rail Transfer Cart is specifically engineered for cross-track transport of rail-bound vehicles. In factory settings, it enables 90° rotation to facilitate rapid adjustment of railway vehicles and efficient vehicle scheduling-streamlining material flow and optimizing the use of track infrastructure.

Working Principle

A key design feature is the integration of guide rails directly onto the turntable. When a rail transport vehicle travels onto the turntable, the turntable can be rotated either automatically or manually. This rotation continues until the turntable's rails are precisely aligned with the target track; once alignment is achieved, the transport vehicle can seamlessly move onto the perpendicular (vertical) rail to complete the transfer.
