Product Introduction

Electric flatbed rail trolley is favored by customers for their smooth running, long running time, and easy operation. The electric flatbed rail vehicle has extremely high requirements for track laying, and it is necessary to insulate the rails. Water cannot exist on the track, otherwise flat cars will easily fail. The specific operation of track laying is as follows: 1. When the track is laid, the rail should be insulated. The bottom of the rail should be coated with asphalt, and a 5mm insulating rubber plate should be added, and the asphalt sand should be filled on both sides of the rail. The resistance between the two rails of the track is not less than 10 ohms. 2. The voltage on the track should not be greater than 42V; the voltage at the end of the line should not be less than 30V, otherwise, a compensation line should be added. 3. A single step-down transformer is connected on the track, and the running interval of the flat car is usually requested to be 70 meters. If the running interval is too long, the number of transformers should be added, and multi-point power supply should be selected. The power supply transformers should be connected to the same power phase point. The number of transformers should generally not exceed three. 4. On the same track, the connection between the rails and the rails is selected by welding (fixing after welding) to make good contact. 5. Power is provided by all tracks. Do not allow metal parts to touch the two tracks together, and do not short circuit.
