Electrical Bogie Turntable 

     Electrical bogie turntable is a workshop handling solution for electric rotating platform and rail flat car to turn 90 °. This series of rotating platforms are stable in operation, can be accurately docked with the ground track, and are automatically controlled. Automation must have PLC control programming and induction signals. During the operation of the electrical bogie turntable, when the car is close to the turntable, the flat car will emit a signal to the turntable. When the turntable receives the signal, it will calculate how long it takes the flat car to reach the turntable. Track docking, when the flat car arrives at the turntable, the car gives the turntable signal, telling the car that it can turn, I have put it in place, the turntable starts to rotate, when the docking track is reached, the turntable needs to give the flat car a signal, I have been docked successfully, please get off car, this is a process of turntable changing rail type electric flat car automation, positioning accuracy can achieve 3-5mm.
