The inspection transfer vehicle is powered by a battery, uses ultrasonic wheel probes, and B-scan display mode to detect dual-gauge colleagues. It mainly includes four subsystems: drive system, servo system, flaw detection system and electrical control system. Design of walking wheel
As the flaw detection car travels on the steel rail, the external dimensions of its walking wheels refer to the relevant dimensions of the wheels of the railway vehicle. Pedal Control Design: It adopts a pedal control mode for core functions (e.g., start/stop). This frees up operators' hands to focus on cargo stability and the surrounding environment, enhancing safety.
Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Three key protections safeguard the electrical system: overvoltage protection (prevents damage from high voltage), undervoltage protection (avoids unstable operation from low voltage), and overcurrent protection (stops circuit overloads).
