Low-pressure Rail Transfer Trolley

The frame structure of the low-pressure rail transfer trolley is formed by welding four longitudinal beams, a number of beams and planking plates. Under normal circumstances, the low-pressure rail transfer cart adopts large channel steel as the vertical and horizontal beams of the frame, and adopts eight-point bearing. By using this method, the frame can be evenly stressed.

Equipped with a connecting hook on the front and back of the electric flat car. The function of the connecting hook is to facilitate those workshops with a small space to lift the flat car. The vehicle can also act as a towing vehicle or be towed when necessary. The wheel shaft adopts insulation measures and adds a conductive device. The vehicle is equipped with a step-up transformer. The supplied electric energy is controlled by the electrical system to move the flat car forward or backward. The operation method is to walk with the low-pressure rail transfer trolley by using the hand-held button box.

There is an insulating sleeve and insulating inner and outer pads between the wheel and the axle. The insulating sleeve is made of nylon with high mechanical properties. After the wheels are insulated, the electric flat car can use two tracks as two conductive tracks. The wheels are made of high-quality cast steel, the surface is quenched, and the bearings are double-row radial spherical roller bearings, which can automatically compensate for the deformation deviation of the frame.
