Working Principle :

The ferry transfer cart, also known as the ferry electric flat car, is composed of two upper and lower car bodies. The lower car body is used for ferry or transporting cargo. The general design is below the ground and the upper plane is level with the ground.

The lower car body is equipped with rails for docking each. Different tracks allow the second-floor body to transport the items to different tracks that are parallel to each other for the purpose of transitional transportation. It's more convenient and could be used separately compared with rotating platform.

The ferry transfer cart can be divided into an electric ferry and a manual ferry. According to the station where the ferry transfer trolley is located in the aerated concrete production line, it can be divided into two types: a swinging ferry and a shuttle bus.

The running direction of the shuttle bus and the direction of the ferry are flat, and the the sliding line power supply method is often used. Usually working in the pit, the countertop is flush with the ground, and the track is installed on the countertop, which is mainly used to ferry the track flatbed instead of carrying goods.

Functions and Application :
