Ladle transfer vehicle: The core equipment for the safe transfer of high-temperature molten metals in the metallurgical industry
The ladle transfer vehicle is a heavy-duty special transportation equipment in the metallurgical continuous casting production line, specially designed for carrying high-temperature molten steel ladles (with a capacity of 80-400 tons), and undertakes the crucial transfer task from the refining furnace to the continuous casting machine or the mold casting area. Its core mission is to achieve zero-leakage safe transportation under extreme working conditions of 1500℃, which is directly related to production continuity, personnel safety and the operational efficiency of steel mills.

High-temperature resistant load-bearing structure
Double-layer insulated base: 50mm thick heat-resistant steel plate + ceramic fiber insulated layer, surface temperature control ≤180℃ (industry standard ≤250℃)

H-shaped reinforced beam bridge: Single-axis load peak 120 tons, passed 300,000 fatigue tests (100,000 times as per national standard)

Self-locking ladle seat: Hydraulic wedge-shaped locking device to prevent ladle overturning and displacement (impact resistance grade IK10)

Dual-motor redundant drive: 2×160kW variable-frequency motors, with stepless speed regulation from 0 to 15m/min

Laser track deviation correction: Real-time monitoring of offset (±2mm), automatically correcting the driving trajectory

Multi-level braking guarantee: electromagnetic braking + hydraulic clamp braking + mechanical ratchet triple braking

3. Intelligent security protection system
Molten metal monitoring: The infrared thermal imager scans the temperature of the package in real time, and automatically alarms and stops the machine when the temperature exceeds the limit

Emergency escape route: One-click activation to evacuate to a safe area within 30 seconds (including self-cooling sprinkler system)

Overturning moment warning: The embedded sensor dynamically calculates the weight center of the package. When the tilt is ≥3°, emergency support is triggered
