Automatic Electric Flat Carriage

 

The guiding principle of the automatic electric flat carriage is to program according to the trajectory of the automatic guided car. The voltage signal detected by the digital encoder determines its position deviation from the pre-programmed track. The controller adjusts the motor speed according to the position deviation to perform the deviation correction so that the automatic guided car walks along the pre-programmed trajectory. Therefore, when the AGV automatically guides the trolley, it needs to continuously adjust the motor speed according to the input position deviation signal to control the system in real time.

The automatic electric flat carriage adopts two-wheel independent driving differential steering, and the two front wheels are four-wheel structure with universal wheels. The stepping motor provides the driving force through the driving wheel after the reducer, and the differential steering can be achieved when the two wheels have different speeds.

1. Automatic electric flat car body

Consists of chassis, frame, housing and control room and corresponding mechanical and electrical structures such as gearbox, motor, wheels, etc. It is the basic part of AGV. It has the structural characteristics of electric vehicles and special requirements for unmanned automatic operation. The frame is usually welded with steel members, and the lower the center of gravity, the more favorable it is against tipping. The board is often equipped with transfer devices, electronic control systems, buttons, and display screens.

2. Frame

The frame is the body part of the whole AGV car, which is mainly used to install wheels, light sensors, servo motors and reducers. Servo motor driver, PCD board and battery are installed on the frame. For the design of the frame, there must be sufficient strength and hardness requirements, so the frame material is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is relatively light in quality and good in weldability.

3. Wheel

Wheels are made of solid rubber tires. The two driving wheels behind the car body are fixed driving wheels, which are connected to the hub-type motor. The first two follower wheels are rotating follower wheels, which support and balance the trolley.

4. Load transmission device

AGV's load transfer device is a flat plate, which is used to transport box parts to the designated station. It is mainly used to load box parts and transport materials.

5. Power system

The battery is the only power supply currently used by AGV. It is used to drive the car body and auxiliary devices on the car, such as control, communication, safety, etc. We can also add other functions according to customer needs.

AGV peripheral facilities use general industrial power, and have different requirements depending on the application. Such as the power of the frequency generator of the charging room, automatic door, computer room, communication device and the device required by the working environment. According to the vehicle model, operation and load capacity, different power storage batteries are generally used, which are generally battery assemblies.
