The large material transfer cart is a heavy-duty trackless flat car. The cars are assembled from high-quality accessories. The large material transfer carriage's load control box is installed on the lower side of the electric flat car frame, which can play a protective role. The electrical components are all high-tech and reliable. The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch overload protection and emergency power-off control elements, and the control loop is set to a safe voltage of 36V. The whole set of electrical equipment has power distribution protection, short circuit protection, over current protection, voltage loss protection, zero position protection, emergency power off protection, safety signs, etc. To ensure the transmission performance, control performance, safety protection performance, accuracy, reliability, and emergency conditions safe parking. Built-In Safety Mechanisms

All BWP Series Trackless Transfer Cars are equipped with dual safety protections: a warning alarm and a safety detection device. If obstacles or pedestrians are detected in the car's operating path during movement, the system triggers two immediate responses:

The warning alarm activates to alert nearby personnel.
