    Perfect designed and customized an automation transfer car for a certain manufacturer, mainly for handling aluminum packages.

    The customer requires that the positioning accuracy of the AGV automatic track flat car is 5mm, and it is automatically connected to the pouring machine, so we have a control system on the car body, and wirelessly communicate with the sensors in the workshop and the ground control station to make it fixed Position. Due to the handling of aluminum packages, high temperature and safety requirements are required. To prevent splashing, the traction motor on the automation transfer car is designed to start and stop slowly to reduce inertia. In order to prevent high temperature radiation from the package body, a heat insulation material is provided in the vehicle body. Generally, a dual drive system is used. Once one of the systems fails, the other one is guaranteed to complete a process cycle. After continuous communication between the two parties, a very detailed plan was designed, and the original basis was continuously improved to finally reach a technical agreement.
