The track maintenance vehicle uses a battery as the driving power, an ultrasonic wheel probe, and a B-scan display mode to simultaneously detect the dual track.It mainly includes four subsystems: drive system, servo system,flaw detection system and electrical control system.The track maintenance vehicle adopts mechanical + automatic brake, which is stable, reliable, safe in use and convenient for maintenance. In order to ensure the safety of the aluminum alloy flaw detection trolley, an emergency stop button is added to the operation button of the rail maintenance car, and protection devices are provided at both ends of the flat car.The braking system adopts mechanical braking and has the function of automatic braking when power is off. The brake can be released manually to ensure that the person can push the flat car to run.

The track maintenance vehicle designed by Perfect uses a lightweight design and aluminum alloy material. The drive system has passed the test of various ramps, small radius curves, complex turnouts and other line environments and severe weather such as rain and snow. It has never happened problems such as derailment, falling lanes, landslides, insufficient power, etc., are a cost-effective overhaul solution in the current track inspection system.

1. Safe Placement & Labeling of Electrical/Control Components

The electrical cabinet and operation system are installed in secure locations on both sides of the rail trolley. This placement avoids damage from external impacts and ensures easy access for maintenance.

All wiring inside the control cabinet is labeled with unique numbers. This simplifies circuit identification, speeds up troubleshooting, and reduces maintenance time.

2. Electrical Safety Compliance & Protections

In line with safety standards, the rail trolley uses low safety voltage for its electrical system. This minimizes the risk of electric shock, even in humid or dusty industrial environments.

A residual-current circuit breaker (RCCB) is equipped to cut off power immediately in case of electrical leakage, providing critical protection against electrical hazards.

Front and rear sound-and-light alarms are installed. These activate during trolley movement to alert nearby personnel and obstacles, effectively preventing collisions.

3. Operation Modes & Multi-Layer Protections

On-Site Operation Flexibility: The rail trolley can be operated while walking alongside it, allowing operators to closely monitor cargo and adjust movement in real time.

Pedal Control Design: It adopts a pedal control mode for core functions (e.g., start/stop). This frees up operators' hands to focus on cargo stability and the surrounding environment, enhancing safety.

Comprehensive Circuit Protection: Three key protections safeguard the electrical system: overvoltage protection (prevents damage from high voltage), undervoltage protection (avoids unstable operation from low voltage), and overcurrent protection (stops circuit overloads).
