Product Introduction

The battery-powered trackless flat transfer car is a series of flat cars that use batteries as their core power source. Its operational mechanism works as follows:

The battery supplies power to the entire flat car system.

Direct current (DC) from the battery flows into the electrical control box, which then distributes power to both the operating system and the motor.

The motor's operation (including forward rotation, reverse rotation, and stopping) is controlled via a on-board control unit or a remote controller.

This motor control ultimately regulates the flat car's movement-enabling it to move forward, backward, start, and stop as needed.

The heavy duty transfer cart is composed of a power source, a transmission mechanism, a steel load bearing frame, a steering system, a walking mechanism, a control module and a fault diagnosis module. Under normal circumstances, we choose the battery as the power source of the heavy duty transfer carriage. The heavy duty transfer trolley's steering is more flexible, it can rotate 360 degrees in place, it can move forward and back quickly, and it can be used in a narrow space. The heavy duty transfer cart can carry heavy materials and runs smoothly without danger.
