BWP Series motorized trackless transfer cart is composed of power supply, transmission mechanism, steel structure bearing frame, steering system, running mechanism, control module and fault diagnosis module. Generally, we choose batteries, cables, and motors as the power assembly of this series of cars. The power supply passes through the electrical control module system to provide power to the traction motor to realize the trackless transfer cart's start, stop, forward, reverse, and steering memory functions.
This series of transfer carts can achieve 360° in-situ rotation. The car is equipped with safety warning and safety detection devices. When pedestrians or obstacles are encountered, they will immediately alarm and stop automatically, with a fully automatic intelligent charger. The trackless transfer cart can also be equipped with positioning devices, clamping devices, lifting platforms and other auxiliary devices to meet the needs of different occasions. This series of transfer carts can be equipped with a PLC control system to achieve fully automated control.
