Self-propelled Transfer Cart
Transfer cart is mainly composed of drive system, frame assembly, power supply device, electrical control system, sound and light alarm system, etc.
The driving system is mainly composed of a driving motor, a reducer, a driving wheel, and a driven wheel. The operator can control the running functions of the flat car (start, run, decelerate and stop) through the hand-held button box function button on the car
The electromagnetic brake is used for the emergency braking of the flat car in an emergency state. This function can be controlled by the function button, or the emergency braking can be realized automatically by installing a sensor.
The driving torque of the flat car is provided by the electric motor and the reducer, and is transmitted to the driving wheels through the three-stage deceleration of the cycloid pin wheel reducer to provide the running power of the flat car.
The frame is welded with high-quality steel (Q235). The frame is a plate frame structure composed of four longitudinal beams, several beams and cover plates.
