The customer is a motor Co., LTD., mainly engaged in the development, design, manufacturing and sales of electrical transmission systems, motors, electronic components, mechanical and electrical equipment and other components.
The company came to our company to customize a 15-ton steel parts transfer car in April. The length of this transfer car is 2.8m, the width is 1.8m, and the height of the vehicle from the ground is 470mm. When we designed the car, we used electromagnetic braking.
The steel parts transfer car of the project is transferred back and forth in the processing workshop and the finished product workshop of the factory, mainly transporting steel parts and motor and other materials. When the customer came to our company to purchase this transfer vehicle, the ground of the transportation site had been hardened and completed, so we used a trackless transfer car with rubber wheels, without destroying the ground again.
