This 75-ton large mold transfer vehicle is a heavy-duty electric transfer vehicle specially designed for the safe and efficient transportation of molds, dies and large materials. It is powered by batteries and can achieve flexible and cable-free operation within the factory. Depending on different working conditions, other power options are also available. Each transfer vehicle is custom-designed based on the actual load capacity, travel distance, layout and operational requirements to ensure reliable operation.
The batteries are installed inside the vehicle and are powered by an electrical control module for the motor. The motor then drives the reducer, providing power to the wheel transmission system, while the vehicle's start, operation and stop are controlled by the operator's handle or wireless remote control.
