1. During the use of the electric flat car, it is necessary to regularly check the technical status of each component, remove dust, oil, iron filings and other debris that may enter the body in time, and take protective measures.

2. The air duct of the motor must be unblocked, and there should be no heat source placed around the motor. If problems are found, preventive measures should be taken in time.

3. The grease should be replaced every six months under normal circumstances.

When changing the oil, the bearing should be cleaned with kerosene or gasoline first, and then the grease is filled to two-thirds of the bearing chamber, which is not conducive to lubrication.

4. The motor should be regularly maintained, usually a minor inspection every three months, and an overhaul every year. If the motor winding is burnt due to an accident, it should be disassembled in time to analyze the cause.

In general, the burnout of the winding is caused by the failure of the start switch or the short circuit of the capacitor. The main coil is burned out due to long-term overload or locked rotor at the start. Replace the motor winding and remove the cause of the accident before it can be reused.
