Batteries supply power for the full electrical system of the steerable trackless transfer cart. The traction motor converts electric energy into mechanical power and drives the reducer to boost torque output, delivering driving force to the transmission assembly to realize forward travel, reverse driving, steering, startup and shutdown actions of the electric transfer cart. Wireless remote control serves as the main operation mode for the cart. This trackless electric transfer cart is fitted with solid wheels made of cast steel covered with rubber layers, featuring outstanding load capacity without rail laying requirements. A flat floor with sufficient compressive strength is required for operation. Supported by the steering assembly, the cart conducts flexible directional adjustment and achieves 360-degree in-place rotation free from rail path constraints. The handheld remote controller brings simple, nimble operation for on-site operators.
