Trackless electric flat car is a wheeled handling equipment, which can be manually controlled for arbitrary steering. It is powered by batteries, which have a service life of about 2.5 years. The driving wheel and bearing wheel can be made of high strength polyurethane rubber solid tires or pneumatic tires, which gets rid of the dependence of flat rail on the ground track and does not damage the infrastructure. It can walk freely on the ground, not controlled by space and the ground, and change the direction and route at any time.

The BWP(Trackless Transfer Car) series trackless transfer car is consisted of power source, gear train, steel structure bearing frame, steering gear, running gear, control system and fault diagnosis module, usually, accumulator, mains powered and generator are chosen as power source. The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, which makes the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around and realize other functions. All the cars are equipped with warning alarm and security detection apparatus, and the alarm would ring and the car would stop immediately if there was any obstacle or pedestrian in the running path of the car. Also, we will provide intelligent automatic rapid charger with the car. Positioning fixture, lift platform and other assistive device are optional to meet different demands on various occasions. The PLC is also alternative if it's necessary.
