If the ground is uneven and Cracks in some areas, can the transfer cart still be used?
We offer the following options to ensure smooth operation of the transfer cart.
Compared with track flat cars, this utility model has the advantages of not requiring the laying of foundations and tracks, being able to turn freely, and having unlimited operating distance. Compared with rubber wheeled cars (using car wheels) used by other companies, when designing low platform flat cars, we pay attention to the lack of power. If there is a slope, we set the ground clearance according to the slope, which has the advantages of low platform, high safety, easy operation, automatic customization when encountering people and objects, and low noise during driving.
1.Tires / Travel Mechanism
Light to Moderate Terrain: Choose solid off-road tires (wear-resistant, puncture-proof, suitable for gravel/potholes) or pneumatic tires (high pressure) for enhanced cushioning;
Heavy Terrain: Use tracked travel mechanism (increases ground contact area, prevents bogging, suitable for mud/steep slopes).
Suspension and Shock Absorption System
Install independent suspension or spring dampers to reduce impact from ground vibrations on the vehicle body and cargo (especially for transporting precision materials).
2.Chassis and Ground Clearance
Customize a high-clearance chassis design (ground clearance ≥150mm) to prevent chassis scraping on ground protrusions; add chassis skid plates for heavy-duty scenarios.
3. Power and Drive For medium-to-heavy terrain, select four-wheel drive (not two-wheel drive) to enhance hill-climbing and off-road recovery capabilities. Equip with high-torque motors/engines to handle high-resistance surfaces.
4.Can be fitted with a special countertop design to protect materials
Sloped Protection Platform for Steel Coils / Steel Pipes
Anti-slip load-bearing surface for steel plates / steel billets
Small Steel Partitioned Workbench
Shock-Absorbing Protective Work Surface
Usage Precautions
Control operating speed: Reduce speed on uneven surfaces (recommended ≤5 km/h) to prevent material spillage or equipment loss of control due to jolts.
Limit load capacity: Appropriately reduce rated load capacity (e.g., operate at 80% load) on severely uneven terrain to minimize chassis stress.
Regular Inspections: Focus on checking tire wear, suspension component looseness, and chassis deformation to prevent failures caused by road surface damage.
